About the Event

At Greenbrae Steading we are all about getting people together and helping our local community to thrive.

We know that Scottish winters can be a challenge for many people. To help you prepare for those long months ahead we are delighted to launch a series of talks that will help you look after yourself.

Greenbrae Steading is a special place and we are fortunate to have attracted a number of highly skilled and qualified health and wellbeing practitioners who are really passionate about their work and want to share their skills.

Over a series of talks they will share their expertise, ideas  and tips on how to look after yourself this coming winter and be on hand to answer any questions.

Each event will feature talks from two different speakers and we will be serving up warm drinks and a healthy(ish) snack.

Talk 1.

Pockets of Joy for Winter Wellbeing

How to use habits and mindfulness to live well throughout the colder months.

Suzanne Lynch McKay - The Happiness Coach.

Jocelyn Murdoch - Osteopath, Nurture Your Health - Feel Better.

About Suzanne

Suzanne has been using mindset techniques and habit hacks since she was a poor student in Aberdeen back in the 90s. After building a successful career in London, Suzanne and her husband moved back to Moray to live ’the Good Life’ with their 2 boys.

After years of being asked to share the secret of her 6am gym habit, infectious enthusiasm and can-do attitude, Suzanne is now doing just that as The Happiness Coach. Sharing her passion and knowledge of wellbeing to help people create pockets of joy and build a life they love.

About Jos

Having moved to Moray in the midst of the pandemic she joined Greenbrae Steading earlier this year, inspired by the community feel Neil & Lucy have created.
