Alistair is a popular and highly skilled Moray based Chef and has worked and trained in some of the top hotels in Scotland and South Africa. He now runs his own professional catering company as well as being Deputy Head of Curriculum at UHI Hospitality Department. He is also one of Great Britain's Master Chefs.
