About the Event
Come join Sarah for a nourishing, cosy winter 'Slow Flow to Yin' yoga at Greenbrae Steading on Sunday 10th December.
A chance to slow down and enjoy gentle movement into stillness by the roaring log fires, followed by tea and a wee snack together.
Some calm among the pre-christmas storm, this will leave you feeling relaxed & rejuvenated.
Suitable for all levels.
Please bring along a yoga mat and a blanket with you.
