About the Event
You’re warmly invited to a nourishing retreat morning designed especially for women—a chance to slow down, reconnect, and feel more relaxed, resilient, and alive.
Set in a beautiful environment, this embodied workshop offers a gentle, interactive experience where we’ll learn about the nervous system in a practical, somatic way- through feeling, movement, and shared experience rather than theory alone. We’ll move slowly, rest deeply, eat well, and take time to walk and breathe together in nature.
Together, in good company, we’ll learn, move, rest, eat, and walk—without pressure or performance.
We’ll begin the day with light refreshments and a relaxed, down-to-earth talk introducing the basics of nervous system regulation. From there, we’ll explore a gentle movement practice to help you understand these ideas through your body, not just your mind.
The morning will finish with a soothing relaxation before we enjoy a delicious, nourishing lunch from the wonderful Lethan Croft…
