About the Event
Enjoy some time out for yourself as summer is coming to an end and join us for a fun and healthy Sunday Retreat at Greenbrae Steading.
Co-hosted by the wonderful Moray based fitness and yoga teacher, Yaz Basan of Wildernessfit and Sarah Collins of Speyside Yoga.
You'll meet at the lovely Greenbrae Steading, just outside Hopeman, then join Yaz for an outdoor Wildernessfit session, involving a light jog and some excercises on the beach at Cummingston. (Please note this is not a boot camp style class - it is about moving in the outdoors and having fun!) This is followed by an optional sea dip (more fun!).
You'll then join Sarah back at the Steading for yoga, specifially curated for women's health and wellbeing: a gentle yoga flow and relaxtion to stretch, balance and calm your body and mind. You'll finish off with a pranayama (breathwork) session!
Ending the evening by sharing a delicious and healthy meal of fresh salads and dips, followed by dessert and coffee.
All fitness levels are welcome as all excercises and yoga can be adapted to your ability.
