Back at the Steading, you’ll have focused work time to tackle whatever’s on your list. Then, we’ll gather for a delicious lunch from Sally at Lethen Croft Kitchen before diving into a fun and creative taster session—channelling your favourite Disney heroine, with new member, Karen Higginbottom.

Using storytelling and coaching prompts, we'll explore how you might approach a current challenge differently by adopting the qualities of your favourite Disney hero or heroine. How would Moana’s courage help you face a difficult situation? Could Merida’s adventurous spirit inspire you to take a bold step?"
