Goal Setting Workshop

Join Caroline Inckle at the lovely Greenbrae Steading, for a relaxed, focused goal-setting workshop where we will create some space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what you really want to move towards in the next part of the year.

We’ll explore different ways of relating to goals, reflect on what’s worked well for you before, and choose one area of life or work to focus on. Using imagination alongside practical tools, you’ll identify a meaningful goal, then work with the GROW model to create either a clear action plan or a ‘Tiny Experiment’ to get you started.

You don’t need to be “good” at planning or clear on your next steps to take part; wherever you are, you’re welcome. This will be a supportive space to think clearly, learn together, and leave with a sense of direction that feels right for you.
