BeNurtured Club

Our inaugural BeNurtured Club night was a great success and many positive things came out of it; a greater sense of wellbeing, new ventures and new & deepened friendships.

This session will focus on exploring your personal VALUES; what are they, how do you use them to help you understand yourself and are you achieving what you want in accordance with them.

This sessions fits really well with the workshop on BOUNDARIES. However, you don't need to have done it to benefit from this stand alone session too.

The BeNurtured Club was born out of the idea that nurturing ourselves can take practice & repetition.  Coming together, supporting each other and creating opportunities to focus on giving yourself what you need means that you have a better chance of it being effective.

Sessions will vary from theme led collaborations to bringing something to work on yourself with the group, giving you accountability.
