Nurturing ourselves can take practice & Repetition

 The idea for the BeNurtured Club is to come together, support each other and create opportunities to focus on giving yourself what you need.

 Sessions will vary from theme led collaborations to bringing something to work on yourself with the group, giving you accountability.  This inaugural event will be a collaboration with creative extraordinaire  Debbie McWilliam of McWild Creations ❤️

"I'm delighted to be invited along to the inaugural event to introduce the attendees to the mindful art of crochet. A crochet hook and ball of yarn is included in the ticket price and I will guide you through starting, and maybe finishing, a wee crochet project. Hopefully this will give you some inspiration for the future - and me too!
