Wilderness Fit Retreats



WildernessFit Retreats offer deeply immersive wellness weekends in the Scottish highlands.

Our retreats are a simplistic concept - understanding how to appreciate and use the amazing landscape we have in Scotland, moving with the seasons, knowing where your food comes from and how to be creative with it. They are about community and digging beneath this surface level existence many people seem to have with non stop work and technology making people miss what is on their doorstep.

Activities may include outdoor workouts inspired by the natural landscape, hill days up some of Scotland's most stunning peaks, yoga, foraging, wild cooking and recipe creation, fermentation and preservation workshops, willow weaving, wild swimming, massage and live music.
